pleasant stay with notable garden views
The hotel courtyard garden was truly lovely, providing a serene escape during our stay. The staff went above and beyond to assist us, making our experience memorable despite our limited Spanish. The breakfast was a la carte and absolutely fabulous, exceeding our expectations and debunking prior reviews. Additionally, the garden view from our room was a delightful way to start each day.
However, the cleanliness in some areas could use improvement.

The hotel has a beautiful, lush garden that provided a great escape for my family. Our kids loved the pool area, and it was only a short walk to the center where we got to see the Parachicos dance, which was a fun cultural experience for everyone.
My wife says that the hotel's restaurant closing at 3 pm was inconvenient for families.

The stay featured pleasant gardens and a friendly, informative staff that even stored our perishable items in the fridge. Clean and quiet rooms contributed to a comfortable experience, with a nice restaurant offering affordable options and fresh fruits. However, the dark amenities in our room and a lack of basic supplies like hand towels diminished the experience, alongside the late cleaning service and the somewhat unhelpful desk staff.

Had a great time with friends exploring the local sights! The nearby Eco Tourist Center is perfect for hiking and rock climbing. Plus, catching the Parachicos dance was a cultural highlight. However, we ran into a bit of trouble with the hot water during our stay. We had to change rooms to get hot water, which was inconvenient.
